Our COVID-19 Policy

#1 No human contact pick up and drop off

Please make sure to maintain 2m physical distancing, if you are at home during pick up / drop off

If physical distancing is not possible, pls inform me, so both of us can wear a mask

#2 No walks at crowded routes and/or in crowded places

Especially places with frequent visiting of out of town tourists

#3 I will use hand sanitizer before entering homes, and after drop offs

Whenever it is possible I will go home between dogs and wash my hands as well.

#4 Please inform me if you have  (a) guest(s) in your home, so I will not accidentally bump into him/her. Please inform your guest about my pick up / drop off time, and the importance of 2m physical distancing.

The Provincial Health Officer and the BCCDC have issued the following guidance around self-isolation: Anyone who has symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 10 days must self-isolate at home. (Symptoms - fever, chills, new or worsening coughing, shortness of breath, sore throat, new muscle ache, headaches)

#5 If you are self-isolating at your home, please inform me ASAP. Please do not be in the same room during pick up and drop off. Please sanitize leashes and harness buckles, if you touch them. (Whenever possible I will use my own leash, and wear mask while being in a self-isolated customer`s home)

# 6 I will inform my customers ASAP, if any of my other customers are self-isolating. 

Please let me know if you request any other safety measures to minimize the transmission risks. I am happy to cooperate.

I always have several masks with me, and can use them if it is necessary.
